Child Safety Standards

1. Purpose and Scope

This page sets out the published safety standards of PickTube and its operator, JUNGLE HUMAN, for preventing and responding to child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), and any conduct that may harm children. These standards apply to the PickTube app, website, user-generated content, reports, and operational procedures.

2. Zero Tolerance for CSAE

PickTube explicitly prohibits CSAE and CSAM. The following content and conduct are not allowed.

• Content or conduct that sexually depicts, exploits, solicits, grooms, traffics, or extorts a minor
• Creating, uploading, sharing, requesting, promoting, or storing CSAM
• Requests involving sexual images, sexual conversations, sexual meetings, or exploitative relationships with minors
• Directing children to external services, links, accounts, or communities that may place them at risk

3. Reporting and User Feedback

Users may report inappropriate content, accounts, PickBoxes, comments, or other safety concerns through the in-app reporting or contact features. If in-app reporting is not available, users may contact the child safety point of contact below.

4. Review, Removal, and Account Action

When PickTube becomes aware of potential CSAE or CSAM, we review the report promptly and may block access to content, remove content, restrict accounts, or permanently suspend accounts as appropriate. When we obtain actual knowledge of CSAE or CSAM, we act in accordance with these published standards and applicable laws.

5. Compliance with Laws and Reporting

PickTube complies with applicable child safety laws and regulations. When CSAM is confirmed or reporting is legally required, we may report or cooperate with law enforcement, child protection organizations, NCMEC, or the relevant regional authority.

6. Prevention and Operational Procedures

PickTube works to reduce child safety risks through user report review, operator response, restrictions for repeated violations, and removal of policy-violating content. We may update this page as our procedures improve or requirements change.
